MIAMI, Fl., April 2023 - ViendoMovies, the channel owned by SOMOSTV (company chaired by Luis Villanueva and part of SOMOS Group) that programs the best films produced in Spanish, 24 hours a day and without commercial breaks, premieres this weekend the renowned film La Ofrenda (Spain), directed by Ventura Durall and starring Anna Alarcón, Verónica Echegui, Àlex Brendemühl, Pablo Molinero and Claudia Riera, among other talents.

La Ofrenda (drama thriller), winner of the Gaudi Awards for Best Supporting Actress (Verónica Echegui) and nominated for the same awards as Best Film, Best Actress (Anna Alarcón) and Best Actor (Àlex Brendemühl), tells the story of Violeta, who receives a visit from Rita, Jan's wife, a teenage love who marked his life after leaving her. Violeta, unknowingly, does not know that Rita's visit is Jan's first step to try to rewrite his story. The film received very positive reviews for the quality of the acting and cinematography.

La Ofrenda is part of the channel's premieres for the month of April, along with Quién Viajas (Spain), El Año de la Furia (Argentina, Spain, Uruguay) and Milagro de Otoño (Argentina). The channel is characterized by presenting a selection of the best of cinema originally produced in Spanish in Spanish-speaking countries, becoming an exhibition window of an industry that has attracted worldwide attention.
